1.<\/strong> Opening Hours<\/h2>\n

As a rule, the campsite is open every year from the end of March until the beginning of November and remains closed for the rest of the year.
\nOutside the camping season, a designated section of the campsite operates as the “Winter Motorhome Harbour”<\/strong> with access via a separate entrance barrier. The specific terms of use for this area can be found on the operator’s website under “Winter Motorhome Harbour”<\/strong>. During the camping season, this area is accessed via the main entrance barrier and reception as usual.<\/p>\n

2. Prices and Payment Terms<\/h2>\n

The current prices and seasonal periods are available on our website at www.rosenfelder-strand.de. Person rates are based on the guest’s age at the start of the stay, not at the time of booking. Fresh water, wastewater disposal, Wi-Fi and showers are included in the overnight rate.<\/p>\n

  • Payment Terms for Camping Pitches \/ Private Bathrooms<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • A deposit of 25% of the total booking amount is due upon receipt of the booking confirmation. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival at reception.<\/li>\n
    • For short-notice bookings (10 days or less before arrival) or spontaneous arrivals without a prior reservation, the full amount is payable upon arrival at reception.<\/li>\n
    • Changes to a booking (e.g. number of guests or length of stay) can be made before arrival and before the full balance has been paid. The original 25% deposit remains payable in any case, even if the total booking amount is reduced as a result of the changes.<\/li>\n
    • If guests wish to reserve a specific camping pitch, this is possible for an additional charge of \u20ac5 per night. Even if a specific pitch has been confirmed, operational reasons may occasionally require us to allocate a different pitch. In this case, the additional fee will not be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n
      • Payment Terms for Rental Caravans<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • A deposit of 25% of the total booking amount is due upon receipt of the booking confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.<\/li>\n
        • For bookings made between 40 and 11 days before arrival, the full booking amount is due upon receipt of the booking confirmation.<\/li>\n
        • For bookings made 10 days or less before the start of the rental period, the full amount is payable upon arrival at reception.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          3. Arrival and Departure<\/h2>\n

          For our rental accommodation, one rental day runs from 3:00 pm<\/strong> until 10:00 am<\/strong> the following day. Accommodation is available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
          \nFor camping and tent pitches, one rental day runs from 3:00 pm<\/strong> until 11:00 am<\/strong> the following day. Pitches are available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
          \nDepending on availability and the location of your pitch, early arrival may occasionally be possible, but this cannot be guaranteed. If the pitch or accommodation is not vacated on time, we reserve the right to charge an additional rental day. Any further statutory claims remain unaffected.<\/p>\n

          4. Positioning of Caravans, Tents and Motorhomes<\/h2>\n

          To ensure safety and proper site organisation, the positioning of caravans, tents and motorhomes may be regulated by campsite management. Guests are required to follow the instructions of our staff. We reserve the right to allocate an alternative pitch if necessary for important reasons such as fire protection, required safety distances or technical circumstances. Any relocation must remain reasonable for the guest.<\/p>\n

          5. Rental Property<\/h2>\n

          Guests are required to treat their camping pitch, rental accommodation and the property of other campsite users with due care. Any damage caused by the guest, accompanying persons or visitors must be reported immediately and compensated accordingly.<\/p>\n

          6. Visitors<\/h2>\n

          The camping pitch or rental accommodation may only be used by the registered guest and the accompanying persons named in the booking. Visitors must register at reception before entering the campsite. Visitor fees apply in accordance with the current price list.<\/p>\n

          7. Quiet Hours<\/h2>\n

          Quiet hours are observed daily from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm<\/strong> and from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am<\/strong>. The entrance barrier remains open for vehicle access from 7:00 am until 10:30 pm.<\/p>\n

          8. Campsite Rules<\/h2>\n

          Guests, accompanying persons and visitors are required to observe the campsite rules. These are displayed at reception. In the event of serious or repeated breaches of the campsite rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect.<\/p>\n

          9. Return of the Pitch or Accommodation<\/h2>\n

          Camping pitches and rental accommodation must be returned clean and in proper condition on the day of departure. We reserve the right to charge for any damage requiring repair.<\/p>\n

          10. Late Arrival, No Arrival or Early Departure<\/h2>\n

          Please inform us in good time if you expect to arrive late, do not arrive or intend to leave early. If a camping pitch or rental caravan has not been occupied by 9:00 am<\/strong> on the day following the agreed arrival date, we reserve the right to re-let the accommodation. However, we are under no obligation to do so. In none of these cases is there any entitlement to a refund for unused services or the creation of credit.<\/p>\n

          11. Minors<\/h2>\n

          The minimum booking age is 18 years. Guests under the age of 18 may only occupy a camping pitch or rental accommodation when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Exceptions may be made by prior agreement. In such cases, a signed written declaration of consent from the legal guardian together with a mobile phone number must be presented upon arrival.<\/p>\n

          12. Cancellation<\/h2>\n

          You have the right to withdraw from the concluded rental agreement. Cancellations must be submitted in writing (an email to info@rosenfelder-strand.de<\/strong> is sufficient).<\/p>\n

          • The following cancellation terms apply to camping pitches and private bathrooms<\/strong>:\n
              \n
            • Up to 120 days before arrival: administration fee of \u20ac35;<\/li>\n
            • 119 to 60 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking amount, minimum \u20ac35;<\/li>\n
            • 59 to 0 days before arrival: retention of the full deposit (25% of the total booking amount), minimum \u20ac35.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              • The following cancellation terms apply to rental caravans<\/strong>:\n
                  \n
                • Up to 120 days before arrival: administration fee of \u20ac35;<\/li>\n
                • 119 to 30 days before arrival: retention of the full deposit (25% of the total booking amount), minimum \u20ac35;<\/li>\n
                • 29 to 11 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount;<\/li>\n
                • 10 days or less before arrival: 80% of the total booking amount.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  For cancellations of camping pitches in the Winter Motorhome Harbour, any overnight fees already paid are non-refundable.<\/p>\n

                  13. Travel Cancellation Insurance<\/h2>\n

                  We recommend taking out suitable travel cancellation insurance.<\/p>\n
