| Tent/caravan
pitches
The total charges for a tent or caravan pitch must be paid
at the reception one day before your departure; billed are
only those nights you actually stayed. No prepayment is required,
however, during the main season we recommend advance reservation
by phone, mail or online. Our written confirmation guarantees
your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your
preference of location, but cannot guarantee it.
In order to preserve the grass please use air-permeable tent
flooring materials only.
Bathroom for rent
The fee for a bathroom for rent must be paid in full within 8 days upon receipt of booking. (50 Cent for taking a hot shower is extra.)
Caravans for rent
Caravan bookings can only be made by phone (0049-43 65-97 97 22) since availability changes daily. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.
Minimum rent time
In the main season 3 nights. The caravan can be occupied
on date of arrival starting at 3.00 pm and must be vacated
on the day of departure at 10.00 am.
Caravan equipment
Wash cabin without toilet (the next sanitary house is only a few steps away), drain connections, electricity and gas supply, basic kitchen equipment, coffee maker, duvets and pillows (please bring bed linens - sheets, pillowslips and duvet covers - plus towels), carpeted awning with camping furniture, gas heating, sliding door room divider (see price list). Television and tv junction boxes are not provided in the caravans (Not all programs are available via DVB-T).

Certain models of caravans are grouped into categories.
Variations may occur.
Number of persons
The maximum number of persons is determined by the number
of beds (see price list).
Prices (See list)
The list shows prices in Euro per night. Included are: water,
waste water, waste, electricity and gas, people up to the
maximum occupancy, car parking space. Extra costs: additional
persons upon agreement, plus a one-time post visit cleaning
fee of 20.00 Euro. No visitor's tax necessary.
Cleaning
Daily cleaning by the tenant. Final cleaning by the tenant.
Post-visit cleaning by our Clean-Team.
Payment
A deposit of 25% of the booking total is due within 10 days
after receipt of booking confirmation. Only after we receive
your deposit, your booking is guaranteed. The remainder
is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival. Payments
must be made by bank transfer and must contain your booking
reference number, name of the person handling the booking
and the MWW number. Amounts below 200,00 Euro and/or for
last minute bookings are due immediately and in full.
Cancellation
If you must cancel your booking:
-more than 6 weeks prior to arrival: full refund less a
30.00 Euro processing fee
-6 weeks or less: full refund less a 30.00 Euro processing
fee is possible only if the caravan can be rebooked, or
else 80% of your total contract fee will be charged. We
recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
7-day packages
The fees for 7-day packages must be paid in advance by bank
transfer at least 14 days prior to arrival. The restaurant
voucher will be ready for you when you check in. Unfortunately
we cannot give partial refunds upon early departure.
Dogs / cats
Sorry, not allowed. Our guests consider that as an advantage!
